I lead with the same discipline I bring to music: respect for the craft, commitment to the people I work with, and a focus on building something greater than the sum of its parts. As a sales and operations leader, that means clear goals, tight execution, and making sure every person on the team understands their role in the bigger picture.

Across my career, I've managed multi-site retail operations, led territory sales strategy, and run cross-functional projects from start to finish including new store builds, product launches, menu expansions, POS integrations, and visual merchandising rollouts. I work in smart goals, performance metrics, and forecasts, but I never lose sight of the people behind the numbers. Strategy with heart gets better results, and it lasts longer.

That same instinct for building systems that work and work for everyone involved extends into how I show up in my community. I'm an active civic advocate for responsible redevelopment and economic development initiatives that aim to bring real investment and opportunity to underserved areas. I care about the same things at the neighborhood level that I care about in business: smart planning, accountability, collaboration across stakeholders, and outcomes that benefit the whole group, not just a few.

Career highlights include building a premium ice cream brand from concept to four locations and a successful acquisition, leading multi-state retail operations and sales performance for a national coffee company, and managing complex F&B operations and event execution at scale. Whether I'm closing a deal, managing a project, or dreaming up a zoning proposal, I bring the same energy and genuine passion for connecting people toward a shared goal and delivering results that matter.
